Vaccination Requirements

All dogs attending training, daycare, or boarding must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:

​

• Rabies

• DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Proof of vaccination is required before your dog’s first visit. Please provide copies of vaccination records via email or in person.

Health and Wellness

​

1. Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses for 30 days prior to any reservation. Dogs showing signs of illness may be denied entry to protect other dogs in our care.

2. Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Safety and Behavior

​

1. All dogs must undergo a temperament evaluation prior to attending day care.

2. Dogs displaying aggressive behaviour may not be eligible for group day care or boarding at this time.

3. Crate training is strongly encouraged.  If your dog is not crate-trained, let us know in advance to discuss accommodations. Please note that non-crate trained dogs will incur an additional fee of $25 per night.

Owner Responsibilities

​

1. Owners are required to provide enough food for their dog’s stay, along with any medications and clear instructions for administration.

2. Owners must disclose any known behavioural issues at the time of booking

Reservations

​​

1. All services, including training, daycare, and boarding, must be booked in advance.

2. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service.​​

Payments

​

Full payment for services is due at the start of your dog’s stay or training program unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

2. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the service cost.

3. Deposits for training programs are non-refundable but may be transferable to another service or date, subject to availability.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up

1. Drop-off and pick-up times are by appointment only. Please adhere to the agreed-upon schedule to avoid delays.

2. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees unless prior arrangements are made.
